Our excellent red Reserva is produced with the best grapes from the Syrah, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira grape varieties. The grapes are grown in the perfect microclimate, hand-picked in the best plots and crushed by purely natural processes. They are processed by gravity in our modern cellar. They ferment in wooden tanks and mature for at least 20 months in French oak barrels, giving rise to silky tannins marked by black fruits.
