Vinification
The grapes from the Vinha das Pedras plot were harvested at a high stage of maturity, in small boxes and immediately transported to the winery, having been immediately cooled to a temperature of 10 ºC. They were stalked off and trodden on for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperatures of 24 ºC in a small vat and was stopped with the addition of Aguardente Vinica with an alcoholic content of 77% vol, after intense foot treading. Finally, the wine aged for 16 months in new barrels.
Cellaring Potential
May be consumed immediately or stored for up in a cool and dark place.

A fresh wine with an aroma of exotic fruits and a sweet and elegant taste.
Pairing Suggestions
Ideal as an aperitif and accompanies dried fruit well.
