Select optionsOur excellent white Reserva is produced exclusively from pure Antão Vaz grapes from our oldest vineyards. They are picked by hand and processed by gravity in our modern cellar. They ferment in French oak barrels for 6 months and age in our cellars. The result is a complex aroma of tropical fruits, toast and spices.
Add to cartQuetzal Brut 2017 is the result of a celebration. It is a way to share the beauty that surrounds us, the generosity of nature that we take advantage of, the creative power that fascinates and motivates us. Having the privilege of being an active part of such important dimensions, of being able to aggregate them at Quinta do Quetzal, deserved a particular and festive wine that would be the deserved company on special occasions.
Add to cartQuetzal Rich White is a fortified wine made exclusively from the Antão Vaz variety, typical of the Vidigueira region. The grapes from the Vinha das Pedras plot were harvested at a high stage of maturity, in small boxes and immediately transported to the winery, having been immediately cooled to a temperature of 10 ºC. Quetzal Rich White is ideal to be drunk as an aperitif, accompanied also by dried fruits.
Add to cartOur excellent red Reserva is produced with the best grapes from the Syrah, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira grape varieties. The grapes are grown in the perfect microclimate, hand-picked in the best plots and crushed by purely natural processes. They are processed by gravity in our modern cellar. They ferment in wooden tanks and mature for at least 20 months in French oak barrels, giving rise to silky tannins marked by black fruits.
