Grapes are hand-picked and processed naturally by gravity in our modern winery. A true Cabernet Sauvignon experience.

Description

Quetzal Cabernet Sauvignon is made from the grapes from a single portion of the vineyard. The grapes were harvested in small boxes, immediately taken to the winery and cooled until reaching a temperature of 15 ºC. It goes very well with roasted meats that are seasoned or served with sauce. It also accompanies spicy fish dishes.

The grapes are grown in the perfect microclimate, hand-picked in the best plots and crushed by purely natural processes. They are processed by gravity in our modern cellar. They ferment in wooden tanks and mature for at least 20 months in French oak barrels, giving rise to silky tannins marked by black fruits.
