The grapes were harvested into small crates, immediately transported to the Winery and cooled down to 10°C (50°F). The grapes were stripped from the bunch, crushed and then pressed. The resulting must flow into a stainless-steel vat inside a refrigerated chamber, where it undergoed 48 hours of static clarification at low temperatures. The must ferments for 15 to 20 days, at 14°C (57°F). The wine was bottled 6 months later The grapes were stripped from the bunch and crushed into a fermentation vat. The fermentation took place inside a conical stainless-steel vat for 8 days, at 25ºC (77oF). Whereas daily pumping was done 4 or 5 times for 15 minutes. The wine was bottled after 6 months.
This wine can be served right after purchase, or stored for up to 2 years in a cool, dark place.

Our winemakers have selected the best grapes with a perfect level of maturity from the Syrah, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonês grape varieties. The result was a fruity and intense red wine that reveals a good structure and some complexity on the palate. The wine is aged for 12 months in second-use French oak barrels, thus revealing its discreet, elegant and woody taste and improving the wine’s aroma.Add to cart
